Meet Adrianne
For over 50 years, Adrianne Size has walked alongside people through their hardest seasons — grief, trauma, and the kind of pain that doesn’t always have a name. Based in Tucson, Arizona, she works with clients in person and remotely, blending Reiki, shamanic energy medicine, and decades of lived experience into a healing practice built on presence, not prescription.
A Lifetime of Healing Work
Adrianne’s path into energy healing spans five decades — a career built not on theory, but on sitting with real people through real pain. She holds a B.Msc (Bachelor of Metaphysical Sciences) from the University of Sedona and completed her Shamanic Master Practitioner and Health Coach certification through The Four Winds Society. She is also an Ordained Minister and a Reiki Master/Teacher.
What draws her to this work is simple: helping people heal from the emotional wounds left by tragic events — the kind that can cause what shamanic traditions call soul loss, where a part of who we are stays behind after something breaks us. Her goal with every client is the same: to help your healed span finally equal your life span.

Working Within the Luminous Energy Field
Adrianne works within what’s known as the Luminous Energy Field, or Luminous Body — the energetic layer that informs the physical body’s own capacity to prevent disease and begin healing itself. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, her approach addresses the deeper energetic patterns underneath them, using a blend of shamanic techniques, Reiki, and other energy modalities suited to what you’re carrying.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all practice. Every consultation starts with listening — to understand what’s happened and what kind of healing will genuinely serve you, rather than applying the same process to everyone who walks through the door.
If Life Has Challenged You, Let’s Talk
If you’re navigating a difficult season, a loss, or simply feel like something in you needs to heal, Adrianne would be honored to help you find your way forward. This is a healing opportunity — take the first step.
